3D AI Video ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that generates short videos from a text description or from a photo you choose, using artificial intelligence. This application is operated in connection with the https://insutora.dev website.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the 3D AI Video mobile application.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The application does not require an account. You do not sign up, sign in, or provide us with a name, email address, phone number, or payment details, and we do not maintain a user profile for you. Instead, the app creates a random, anonymous device identifier on first launch and uses it to obtain an anonymous session token from our generation service. For the features that run on our own servers (turning a photo into a video, content checks, and content reports), the app also signs in with an anonymous Firebase Authentication account. Neither identifier is derived from your name, your Google account, or any hardware serial number, and both are reset when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
The following data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us:
For a better experience while using our Service, the application processes certain information:
Your prompts, input photos, and generated results are used to fulfil your request and to enforce our content rules. We do not use them to build a public gallery, we do not sell them, and we do not publish them. Generated results are yours to keep, share, or delete as described in our Terms.
On Android 9 and earlier the app asks for the storage permission only when you tap Save, because saving to the gallery on those versions requires it. On Android 10 and later no storage permission is needed. Choosing a photo for Image to Video uses the Android photo picker, which lets you hand the app a single image without granting access to your whole library.
The app asks for permission to post notifications so that it can tell you when a video you started is ready and send one short reminder a day. It also registers to run after a device restart so that a scheduled reminder is not lost. Reminders are created, stored, and triggered entirely on your device, and you can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in your device's notification settings.
We may employ third-party companies and services due to the following reasons:
The third-party services used by this application are:
In addition, the AI generation services that produce your videos receive the prompts, input photos, and generation settings described above. These third parties may have access to limited information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. Their handling of the data they receive is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
The application shows advertisements served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Liftoff (Vungle), and Pangle. Depending on the placement you may see banner, interstitial, native, app-open, or rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are the way the free version pays for the cost of generating your content: the app asks you to watch one before each generation and before each download to your gallery.
These partners may access your device's advertising identifier and technical data about your device in order to select, deliver, and measure advertising. Where you have given consent, that data may also be used to personalise the ads you see. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, linked under Service Providers above.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners as described here may, however, be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws, which is why we describe it plainly rather than rely on that term.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent the first time it starts, using Google's User Messaging Platform under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The consent screen lists the advertising partners involved and lets you accept, refuse, or choose individual purposes.
You can change or withdraw that consent at any time. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Privacy options. The same consent screen reappears and your new choice takes effect immediately. The entry appears only where consent is legally required, so you will not see it outside those regions.
Independently of the app, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, under Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android versions.
The application may offer an optional paid subscription that removes advertising and unlocks premium features. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment details. Adapty validates the purchase and tells the app whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the Google Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions.
We value your trust and apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data:
But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your Collections, downloaded files, and settings are stored locally on your device, so you remain in control of them. You can delete an individual result from its detail screen, or delete everything at once by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application. Files you saved to your gallery are ordinary media files and stay there until you delete them.
Prompts, input photos, and generated results held by the generation service are kept only for as long as needed to deliver your result and to enforce our content rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Because your session is anonymous, we cannot look up your content by name; if you want a specific result removed from the generation service, report it from the app or contact us and we will do our best to help. Content reports are kept for as long as we need to review them.
Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
